Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst to lead various
benefit-related activities and ensure compliance with relevant
legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and develop benefit strategies to create automation and
mitigate risk
Oversee compliance and administration of the 401k program and other
benefits functions
Launch and implement benefit programs, including annual open
enrollment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or related fields,
or 6+ years in a progressive benefits role
5+ years of professional experience in the Benefits field with a
focus on health and welfare programs
Sound knowledge of ERISA and ACA requirements
SHRM-CP/PHR or CEBS certification preferred
Experience in leading and implementing health and welfare
programs
