About the Opportunity: Job Title: Quality Inspectors Pay Rate Range:$20.52-30.79/Hour Location:Forest Lake, MN Schedule: 1st Shift, Mon-Fri 7AM-3:30PM Position Type:Temp to HireRequirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED-General Studies
• Certificate-Machine Trades or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 1 years experience in quality inspection
• 2+ years of experience, preferably in a Medical Device or Component manufacturing environment
• Knowledge and understanding of basic Quality Systems (nonconformance, equipment calibration)
• Knowledge and understanding of inspection standards
• Ability to read, write in English, comprehend and follow work instructions.
• Ability to use a computer
• Ability to use hand tools
• Good manual dexterity and visual ability with high attention to detail
• Standing, Walking, Kneeling, Bending, Reaching, Pulling, Twisting, Turning, Seeing, Hearing
• Ability to lift 30 poundsDuties and Responsibilities:
• Fill out all required paperwork and documentation.
• Reads and interprets blueprints
• Uses gages and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements
• Understands, and has the ability to, perform tool wear offsets
• Recognizes, deploys and properly uses inserts, fixtures and tooling
• Performs daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on machinery
