Seeking an RN or NP in a high-growth, nurse practitioner (NP)-led
primary and urgent care clinic that provides all care virtually
(through messaging and video chats) and in-person (via home visits
to our patients)! We're on a mission to provide our patients with
the most convenient and affordable everyday healthcare
imaginable.
We're looking to hire a nurse practitioner (NP) or RN as we grow in
the Rochester area!

Responsibilities Overview:
--- A nurse practitioner (NP) to Provide primary and urgent care
services virtually (via messaging and videochats) and in-person (in
patient's home or at their place of work)
--- Ensure patient information, visit history, refer outs, lab
follow-up, phone calls, and consults are properly documented in an
EHR
--- Help patients manage and understand medications
--- Proficiency with blood draws (or willing to learn!)
--- A current, valid driver's license and good driving record is
required
--- Physical requirements may include the ability to lift-up to 30
lbs
--- A nurse practitioner (NP) who has a love and drive for helping
people get healthy and happy!
Qualifications
Licensure: FNP-C, APRN and RN licensure per the MN Board of
Nursing. Maintain current BLS, and ACLS or PALS certification.
Experience: 1+ year of family practice, urgent care, pediatrics or
dermatology. Interest in holistic care and improving the Social
Determinants of Health (SDOH) is a plus!
Education: Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner
